Matthew Totsch
Founder & CEO
An Army veteran, Matthew Totsch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KeenLogic, a successful federal IT and professional services company he founded in 2012. With more than 18 years of private-sector and federal sales experience, Matthew has developed KeenLogic from an entrepreneurial vision into an inclusive, innovative enterprise positioned for sustained profitability and scalable growth. His record reflects clear vision, decisive execution, and an enduring drive to create value.
As CEO, Matthew concentrates on three priorities: corporate growth, culture, and fiscal responsibility. He has demonstrated a proven ability to drive growth with limited resources by pairing ambition with discipline and directing time and capital toward the opportunities that most strengthen KeenLogic’s capabilities, customer relationships, and competitive position. His close attention to capital allocation and long-term strategy ensures that each investment has a clear purpose and that the company maintains a powerful financial and operational foundation for future success.

Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Small Business Management and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from American Military University.

From steering complex federal technology portfolios to scaling high-performance organizations, Kevin Zavada brings a relentless focus on operational excellence and mission success.
With over 35 years of experience transforming organizations across government and commercial markets, Kevin’s career is defined by turning high-stakes challenges into scalable, strategic advantages. Most recently, he served as President & CEO of NTT DATA Federal, where he strengthened executive leadership, drove aggressive growth strategies, and secured critical new business for the U.S. Federal Government. His prior leadership roles as COO of NTT DATA’s Public Sector business and President of its State, Local, and Education organization, alongside senior global positions at IBM and CGI/Logica, cement his reputation as a builder of elite, results-driven teams.
As a member of KeenLogic’s Board of Directors, Kevin applies his deep expertise in federal technology, organizational scaling, and corporate governance to safeguard our trajectory. He partners directly with our executive leadership to support the company’s continued growth and long-term strategic development.
Kevin holds an MBA from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northern Michigan University, grounding his decades of executive experience in rigorous, proven operational frameworks.
SAM CLIFFORD
Board Member
Sam is a Co-Founder of Artyre and President of Dynaxys, driving investment strategy, M&A, and portfolio operations across government technology, cybersecurity, and AI. He specializes in scaling high-growth businesses and turning strategic vision into measurable market impact.
Previously, Sam was the first employee at Rise Buildings, scaling the pre-revenue startup to a $100 million acquisition by VTS, where he ultimately served as Head of Sales & Solutions. His early career in commercial real estate further honed his expertise in identifying high-value opportunities and executing complex growth strategies.
As a Board Member, Sam leverages his deep expertise in scaling technology platforms to guide KeenLogic’s strategic expansion. A dedicated mentor to transitioning military veterans, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
BEN CLIFFORD
Board Member
Ben is the CEO of Dynaxys and Co-Founder of Artyre, driving corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term value creation. A U.S. Army Special Operations veteran, he brings a rare blend of battlefield-tested leadership and elite financial expertise to the intersection of government and technology.
Previously, Ben led critical initiatives for the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, scaling technology divisions and securing major national security contracts. His career is defined by disciplined capital allocation, operational excellence, and building enduring businesses that deliver measurable results.
As a Board Member, Ben leverages his deep national security background and financial acumen to guide KeenLogic’s strategic growth. He holds a Master of Accounting from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA from Babson College.
