Matthew is an Army veteran and deployed to Iraq in 2005 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He founded KeenLogic in 2012 when he realized an opportunity to build an Enterprise IT Services company focused on innovation, agility, and quality. With over 18 years of private sector and federal sales experience, he has refined and developed KeenLogic into a successful, inclusive and innovative enterprise that is positioned for long-term growth and scalability.

Matthew’s growth strategy relies on creating and solidifying a foundation with KeenLogic’s clients to enable a trusted relationship in delivery of quality IT services.

Matthew has a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurial Studies and Small Business Management from AMU and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship. As CEO, Matthew will lead the company with his vision to innovate and provide value to KeenLogic’s clients within the federal space. He will continue to create, plan, and implement the company’s winning strategy.

President & COO

J.G. Meyer currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of KeenLogic, leading and managing service delivery and company operations. In addition, J.G. works side-by-side with Matthew to drive growth and determine corporate strategy.

J.G. has over 20 years of proven leadership and accomplishments in corporate operations, program management, business development, and marketing. He has held management positions with several Fortune 100 companies focused in delivering Enterprise IT services, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic programs, team building, managing large client portfolios and budgets, and maximizing profitability and revenue growth, all while optimizing operational efficiencies to ensure client success.

J.G. is a graduate of Florida State University (BS, Political Science) and the University of Alabama (MBA). As President and COO, J.G. will implement and deliver the company’s winning strategy within the federal space

Mike Bhas authored several technical training courses for vendor partners such as Hewlett Packard, Nectar Services, and ITSM Service Management Partners.

Mike is a strategic partner with the CMMC Academy and Cybersecurity-Professionals delivering training and professional services around the NIST-CSF (CyberSecurity Framework) and CMMC compliance. 

Mike sat on the Advisory Board for the Cybersecurity Institute out of Montclair State University and also developed content and taught for the Institute.

Mike is on the planning committee for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) in NJ, Co-Shares the Technical Committee for the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce, and regularly authors Cybersecurity and IT Service Management articles for the MeadowlandsUSA magazine. 

He brings continual insight on the ever-evolving lifecycle IT Management solutions landscape, and an award-winning consulting and training program aimed at helping federal agencies ensure compliance and best practice.

Mr. Mahfoudi has nearly 20 years of experience managing the delivery of IT Services companies in the Federal Market.  He has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and holds numerous technical certifications.  His technology focus has been DevSecOps, Cloud & High-Performance Infrastructure, Agile Software Development, AI/ML, and Automation.  Mr. Mahfoudi brings a wealth of experience delivering small and large federal programs that surround his technology specialties that ensure KeenLogic is  prepared to continue to provide IT Modernization Services well into the future.
